Ryan attended medical school and received his diagnostic radiology training at the University of Chicago. He served as chief resident his final year of training. He completed a fellowship at the University of Michigan in musculoskeletal radiology where he received “Teacher of the Year” honors before moving to Green Bay in 2007. He has a special interest in sports injuries, and imaging of bone and soft tissue tumors. Ryan also has extensive expertise in the use of ultrasound of the musculoskeletal system, both for diagnostic tests and image-guided intervention.
Ryan is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology, and is a member of the Radiological Society of North America and the Society of Skeletal Radiology.
Ryan lives in Green Bay with his wife and four children. He enjoys fishing, traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
